Our Teachers

  • Jaime Hepburn

    FOUNDER

    ‘Open, Strong + Curious’

Always set to a consciously curated, ‘groovy’ playlist, Jaime’s classes combine fluid movement with static core-driven holds. She teaches an open-level class, welcoming beginners whilst offering an extra hand if needed, and suggesting adaptations as well as inversions for more advanced students should they wish to explore further. Her classes explore the line between effort and ease. Jaime teaches based on feel - drawing from energy, beings, seasons… She’s influenced by many different modalities of yoga and movement. Jaime quite literally ‘goes with the flow’. She encourages self-exploration and self-guidance on the mat.

Her philosohy on yoga stems from the understanding that it really doesn’t matter whether you can touch your toes or balance on one finger, but what you learn about yourself along the way.

  • Jess Learoyd

    STUDIO DIRECTOR

    ‘Strong, Mindful + Creative’

Jess’ classes have a strong emphasis on balance, both physically and mentally. Jess encourages you to find strength in stillness and to grasp the lightness when it gets a little tough. A slow[ish] Vinyasa practice, you'll move around the mat with creative, playful transitions that really keep your focus in check, weaved together with a playlist created to keep your vibe high when it gets a little sticky, and then mellow yourself back down.

Jess invites you to not rush, when we slow down we feel it all so much more, so take your time. Dig a little deeper and see what you find.

Jess' yin classes further encourage this sense of slowness/stillness. They'll leave you feeling lighter, more at ease.

  • Nat Kunz

    ‘Core, Energetic + Fluid’

Nat's Pilates classes are challenging at their core, but you will always feel supported by her intelligent sequencing and purposeful language. Music is her love language, so you can expect a thoughtfully curated playlist that seamlessly moves you through the rhythmic flow. She fosters an environment where individuals are encouraged to listen to their bodies, acknowledging and meeting them at their present state. Nat's ultimate aim is for you to feel empowered, enabling you to make choices that align with your body, mind, heart, and soul each time you step onto your mat. With a classical Pilates background, 16 years of experience as a dancer, and expertise in various movement modalities like Barre, spin, and The Class by Taryn Toomey, Nat's profound understanding of the body and its mechanics ensure you receive comprehensive support and engage muscles you never knew existed.

Note: Nat’s classes are faced paced and challenging. Whilst beginners are always welcome, we might suggest a slower pace for your first pilates class.

  • Amber Coleman

    ‘Dynamic, Playful + Rhythmic’

Amber’s classes are influenced by Mandala Vinyasa.

Mandala vinyasa moves in a 360-degree circle around the mat. It works with a firm intention and, like our bodies, it is linked to the four basic elements of the universe - Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Each of these elements has its corresponding chakra and muscle groups so each class will work to a specific area of the physical and energetic body.

Expect a faster pace to Amber’s classes - there is rhythm, dynamic transitions (a few inversion tips and tricks) but rest assured variations for all levels.

You will leave feeling inspired by her classes [and completely blissed out].

Note: Whilst beginners are always welcome, we might suggest a softer, more slow-paced class for first-timers to really absorb the moves and terminology..

Zoë found Pilates through dance, during her professional training and was a Ballet teacher before studying a dynamic reformer certification and Basi Pilates full comprehensive certification.

Her passion for movement flows through her teaching, where she guides creative, breath-focused embodied movement, for the practitioner to explore what they need to nurture themselves in their practice. An open and all-level space for people to be playful and come to yoga to find freedom of movement in breath and body.

Through teaching for the past 5 years, Tamara has been developing her own practice and methodology, where she has discovered both fundamental and expressive ways in moving the body. Her teaching aims to build and enable people to explore and connect back into their bodies, and the ability to feel through movement. For her, this practice is the freedom of movement, exploration, and expression into oneself.

  • Mai Izumitani

  • El Wilder

    ‘Dynamic, Mindful + Empowering’

El’s classes are strong and dynamic, focusing on breath-led movement. Her background as a dancer is apparent through her creative and playful sequences.

Towards the end, the practice slows right down to smooth out with a feeling of an open and calm mind. Her unique and lively playlists will help immerse you in the practice and forget about the outside world.

She likes to work with a real balance of strength and flexibility, through alignment technique and mindful breath.

  • Maria Pacha Domínguez

    ‘Energising, Playful + Integrated’

Maria’s favourite thing about yoga? She’d definitely say the people you meet along the way. She’s big on community vibes and will try her hardest to remember your name (and anything you’ve been up to lately). Getting to know people with a similar interest to you is one of the big perks of practicing in a studio after all.

Open to beginners as well as to regular yogis, her classes start slow, with a moment of grounding and intention setting, pick up the pace around the middle, and finish off even slower than you started, leaving you feeling ready to start (or end) your day.

  • Jade Brévi

    ‘Playful, Creative + Welcoming’

Jade’s classes are fiery, dynamic and most of all, fun! She aims to bring positivity to her classes through a compassionate and kind environment and is all about connecting with people.

Influenced by dance and movement in general, she encourages self-exploration, curiosity, and open-mindedness. Breath-led sequences weaved with thoughtful moments of stillness and surrender help facilitate a balance between ease and effort.

She doesn’t believe in one correct universal alignment that will work for everybody, she focuses more on how poses feel rather than how they look. She’ll encourage you to explore your own potential and empower you to create shapes that feel right for you.

Expect playful and creative flows with an opportunity to challenge yourself, room to explore, and restorative postures to seal the practice, leaving you energized, light, and balanced. Great playlists come as standard.

  • Rebekah Jade

    ‘Soothing, Release + Nourishing’

In a fast-paced world, we need space to channel calm. Rebekah’s classes balance strength and stillness, bringing together movement, candlelight, and meditation to guide you toward feeling more grounded. Starting with a gentle vinyasa practice to tune in with your body, the class will journey into more restorative poses that support slowing down the mind and breath.

Rebekah encourages a curiosity in your practice to explore a deeper connection with yourself. We’ll enjoy the use of props and mellow vibrations to release tension and soften the nervous system.

She is also a medical doctor and founder of Pana, a platform intersecting well-being and culture centering the African Diaspora (wearepana.com)

  • Jess Chen

    ‘Holistic, Slow + Balanced’

Jess leads her life with intention, balance, warmth, and curiosity and brings these guiding elements to her teaching. Her classes are filled with pranayama (breathwork), metaphor, and creative and thoughtful sequencing.

She is inspired by Katonah Yoga techniques which blend hatha yoga with Taoist philosophy, among other references, and use analogy to bridge the esoteric and the pragmatic. Sometimes we’ll practice smooth and nourishing lunar salutations together, and sometimes we’ll hold a block over our heads for 8 minutes!

  • Lily Juniper

    ‘Welcoming, Calm + Thoughtful’

Lily is a contemporary Pilates instructor with over 7 years experience teaching across various London studios. After years of avoiding P.E. in school and dreading workouts, she discovered the Pilates method, not just as an enjoyable way to move, but also a great way to find some headspace.

She soon went on to do her training in New York City with Balanced Body and has been teaching ever since. Her classes aim to explore movement in an enjoyable, welcoming and safe environment and to give everyone a chance to dedicate some time and space for themselves.

Outside of Pilates Lily works in music, so curated playlists are a big feature in her classes!

  • Robyn Zorab

    ‘Slow, Supportive + Mindful’

Robyn’s classes are all about connecting breath to movement. Breath, or Pranayama, elevates yoga from being a physical practice to becoming a tool for life- allowing us to harness awareness of our thoughts, body and mind.

Her Vinyasa classes are open to all levels and are always set to a thoughtfully curated playlist. An inclusive class, she teaches in a way that acknowledges our bodies differences- that we all have our own physical limitations and experiences that dictate how we might need to move through a class. Every body, no matter how restricted or new to yoga, is welcome in Robyn’s classes.

During her Yin classes she draws on the teachings of Chinese Medicine (on which Yin is founded)… believing that where Qi flows, health and well-being will follow! Deeper, longer stretches help to stimulate the body’s fascia and meridian channels and enables free movement of Qi (energy) throughout the body. She is currently training to be a medical doctor and strongly believes there is a place for both Western and Chinese medicine in this world!

Robyn’s classes aim to create a deeply relaxing, safe environment- a place to take respite from our crazy, busy lives- and to leave 60 minutes later, feeling a few inches taller and emotionally lighter!

  • Sophie Deakin

    ‘Creative, Calm + Kind’

Finding the balance of softness and strength, Sophie’s classes have a nurturing approach with the aim of bringing you a sense of inner connection, calm, and empowerment.

She enjoys choosing postures and breathwork techniques which encourage a positive, energetic shift to help release what doesn’t serve you and to make space for the things that do. Her dancing background means that getting creative with fruity, fluid movements, accompanied by a carefully thought-out playlist, is her jam.

On a mission of continuous growth, Sophie particularly enjoys being inspired by her students and teachers alike. Her classes are suitable for all levels, so whether you are a first-timer or one of our regulars, there’s an option in there for everyone.

  • Nino Russo

Nino’s yoga mixes are 4BEATFLOW, where you link the music, breath, and poses, setting the tone and pace for the class.

Nino’s classes are challenging, precisely instructed thanks to his strong interest in alignment, and incredibly vibrational, due to the sequencing of breath linked to music. Most of all they're fun, Rocket yoga is known to get you HIGH - it's a superpower of sorts.

His 90min YANG-YIN classes start with classic sun salutations A and B to get in sync with the breath to prepare you for a moving, vibing meditation. Classes are taught at a slower BPM, allowing for deeper, more lengthened breaths and asanas are held for 5 counts to build heat and resilience in the postures. This is followed by a few long-held Yin poses to wind you down and leave you feeling completely grounded.

Note: Whilst beginners are always welcome, we might suggest a softer, more slow-paced class for first-timers to really absorb the moves and terminology.
