Lymphatic System: Starting with gentle yet effective techniques to stimulate and awaken your lymphatic system, promoting detoxification and overall vitality.

Pilates Session: Transition into a dynamic 40-minute Pilates practice designed to sculpt and energize your body, leaving you feeling strong and aligned.

Meditation & Breathwork: Concluding with a heart-opening visualization meditation inviting you to receive fully during the breathwork that follows and finally guided journaling to reflect on and integrate your experience.

Connection: We will allow time at the end of the session to connect with the group over freshly baked cookies and cold-pressed organic juice Kristina is a breathwork teacher and detox & health coach, passionate about guiding others toward physical and mental transformation. Madeleine is a certified Pilates, yoga, and reformer instructor with an approach to movement that is low impact, yet super effective. Expect a challenging and creative Pilates flow designed to work the entire body.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a dynamic breath-work technique designed to induce altered states of consciousness [without any external substances]. It incorporates elements of pranayama, holotropic breath-work, and meditation with the aim of releasing mental, emotional, and energetic blocks. This practice helps individuals reach a state of non-ordinary consciousness, expanded awareness, and a deeper sense of connection and trust.

The session spans 90 minutes and includes intention setting, a warm-up breath, nine cycles of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH, followed by rest/meditation. These experiences are supported by carefully curated electronic music that complements the rhythmic breathing, making it easier for participants to engage fully and deepen their experience.

This open level 2hr vinyasa masterclass will begin with pranayama, mantra and kriya techniques that aim to create equal parts tapas (fire) and Saatva (equanimity). We’ll then transition into a grounded and powerful vinyasa sequence and close with a meditative and deep savasana.

The goal is for the breath to become a meditation to create space from the inside out. This dynamic class blends many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Bikram, Kundalini , Forrest, Katonah and Dharma yoga.

Motion + Mobility Pt 2 - Hips don't lie

The second of our four-part series - this time, it’s all about the hips!

Designed like a movement laboratory, this 2-hour workshop will focus on our hips and the element of water – a dynamic yet fluid and creative flow inviting you to move freely and explore your personal practice.

Through this workshop, we’ll spend some time breaking down various postures like pigeon, compass and middle splits and we’ll have a play with some arm balances like eka pada koundinyasana or flying lizard.

Expect a mixture of active and passive flexibility with drills, strength-building exercises and mobility work to create more space and control in our body. Our time together will also include breathwork, meditation, yin and journaling – everything you need to decompress and unwind so you can step back into your life feeling lighter and more centred.

Open to all levels, bodies and abilities – we all find our own way into the pose. Just come with an open mind and leave with happy hips!

Every season brings its changes, its fluctuations and those moments to shake off what was, and intentionally ease into a new rhythm. 

A seasonal slowing encourages us to move with the changes rather than against them, maybe we can find more flow, growth and ease in cohesion with that evolving around us. 

As spring brings new beginnings, a change of pace and budding potential, take a moment with me to intentionally connect to this gentle stirring of new life around us. Though the beginning of spring can feel quite lethargic and heavy as we try and pick up the pace and wait patiently or not for those warmer days, sometimes we need to slow down and guide in a gentle reawakening of fresh air and clearing to the deepest parts of ourselves. An afternoon of breath and movement to set intentions, balance the elemental shifts and clear through what feels a little tough and sticky from those darker months.

Flexibility is so much more than just stretching – and this 2-hour workshop will prove you just that as you explore how to get into the front splits and its variations.

Combining passive and active flexibility, Jade will guide you through a series of drills, strengthening exercises and techniques that will not only help you learn fun poses but also gain control over your body.

Designed to improve your overall range of motion and mobility, we will work safely and gradually on creating more space in the body whilst staying in tune with our sensations and breath. We will close this practice with some breathwork and restorative poses, allowing our body and mind to completely relax. An invitation to explore and feel, to surrender and let go.

Mandala vinyasa moves in a 360-degree circle around the mat. It works with a firm intention and, like our bodies, it is linked to the four basic elements of the universe - Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Each of these elements has its corresponding chakra and muscle groups so each class will work to a specific area of the physical and energetic body.
