Front-splits and Flexibility Workshop

Flexibility is so much more than just stretching – and this 2-hour workshop will prove you just that as you explore how to get into the front splits and its variations.

Combining passive and active flexibility, Jade will guide you through a series of drills, strengthening exercises and techniques that will not only help you learn fun poses but also gain control over your body.

Designed to improve your overall range of motion and mobility, we will work safely and gradually on creating more space in the body whilst staying in tune with our sensations and breath. We will close this practice with some breathwork and restorative poses, allowing our body and mind to completely relax. An invitation to explore and feel, to surrender and let go.

Open to all levels, bodies and abilities with options for everyone – and no, you do not need to be able to touch your toes to attend (but who knows, maybe you’ll be able to afterwards!)

This workshop is the first of a series of 4 exploring different parts of our body and aspects of our practice.
