Join Sophie for “Unwind Pt. 2” a workshop focused on leaning into softness, working with it, and becoming comfortable with shifting your pace to suit the season.
Together you will explore yogic breath, Pranayama, before practicing a deliciously nurturing Hatha-Vinyasa yoga flow. Your time together will come to an end with a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and closing relaxation.
In the busy life we lead it’s so important yet sometimes so hard to gift ourselves time to “unwind”. Expect to leave feeling a little lighter and looser, helping you lean into this comforting and cosy season.
