OUR CLASSES
MAT CLASSES
-
We try and keep things simple. That’s why we label most of our classes ‘Yoga’.
You’ll find these classes vary in style depending on who is teaching it, and all of our teachers are very unique so it’s best to shop around, read their bios, and see whose style resonates with you most.
All of these classes are open to all levels, so beginners are always welcome, but we recommend letting us know if it’s your first class so we can give you some extra guidance.
