Join Amber as she takes you on a 2-hour Mandala journey through an elemental flow opening your heart with the air element.
You’ll be breaking the traditions of linear yoga as you move 360° around the mat flowing through rhythmic asanas and inversions as well as starting and finishing the practice with yin, which is very important throughout mandala. This workshop will allow you to experience breathwork, yin, elemental salutations, standing, and seated routines.
This workshop will be one of a four-part series as we cover all four elements and show you the true nature of mandala yoga across the year.
