It incorporates elements of pranayama, holotropic breath-work, and meditation with the aim of releasing mental, emotional, and energetic blocks. The session spans 90 minutes and includes intention setting, a warm-up breath, nine cycles of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH, followed by rest/meditation.
