Motion + Mobility Pt 2 - Hips don't lie

The second of our four-part series - this time, it’s all about the hips!

Designed like a movement laboratory, this 2-hour workshop will focus on our hips and the element of water – a dynamic yet fluid and creative flow inviting you to move freely and explore your personal practice.

Through this workshop, we’ll spend some time breaking down various postures like pigeon, compass and middle splits and we’ll have a play with some arm balances like eka pada koundinyasana or flying lizard.

Expect a mixture of active and passive flexibility with drills, strength-building exercises and mobility work to create more space and control in our body. Our time together will also include breathwork, meditation, yin and journaling – everything you need to decompress and unwind so you can step back into your life feeling lighter and more centred.

Open to all levels, bodies and abilities – we all find our own way into the pose. Just come with an open mind and leave with happy hips!
